What We Do

Our Mission

Our mission is to liberate you from the mental load of multitasking, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the joy of your occasion. We take pride in handling everything- from the intricate details of presentation to the seamless service and post-event clean up. You provide the ideas and the products, while we manage the rest by ensuring that when the last of your guests leave, all you have to do is kick back, relax, and savor the memories made. With customizable services tailored to your unique needs, we’re here to make your special moments as effortless and extraordinary as they deserve to be.

Hourly Offerings

    • Coordinate and smoothly execute all components of set up, service and clean up

    • Prepare and follow recipes per client request

    • Client provides food and menu

    •  Collaborate on seasonally available ingredients

    • Store, serve and plate according to clients wants/ needs for event

    • Server $45/ hr. 

    • Bartender $55/ hr.

    • Cook $65/ hr.

    • Barback $40/ hr.

    • Staffing is determined by event size, client need, and venue

    • ~Reservations are open to adjustments based on your specific requirements

    • All Coalescence staff are industry professionals

    • All staff have their MAST permits

    • All staff have valid WA state Food Handler Cards

    • Any hours over the agreed hours

    • Only due if not booking a package

    • Additional $100 fee will apply for weddings or events larger than 100 people working without a licensed planner or day of coordinator

    • Service Fee is applicable

Other Fees

    • .99 cents per mile per vehicle driving to the event

    • Drive time to events over 15 miles from business

    • Pick up food per clients order

    • Set up and leave

    • Great for business meetings

    • Clean up for a fee

    • For up to 100 people

    • Will pour to fit clients timeline

    • Pass out as client requested

    • Will help client with Champagne pars

    • Cut the cake at clients request

    • Package extra cake/dessert to go for client

    • Tray passed beverages

    • Client requested drinks and timeline

    • Client chosen appetizers passed

    • Client chooses time for this service

    • Coordinate Rental needs for the event, such as, linens, tables, chairs, glassware, equipment, utensils etc. 

    • Arrive prior to event to set up space for event with rentals, as agreed with client

    • 10% of total rental invoice added to Coalescence invoice

    • Coalescence offers a 10% off military discount
