About Chloe

Born in the vibrant city of Tucson, Arizona, and raised amidst the lush landscapes of Washington. I have cultivated a culinary palette as diverse as my journey through the hospitality industry. With over 20 years of experience, I embarked on my adventure at 15 at Cold Stone Creamery, where I quickly became a lead. From there, my path took me through an array of hospitality avenues including- delis, bakery’s, restaurants, fine dining , bustling banquets, fast paced bartending & even the meticulous world of catering.

Management roles seemed to find me, as I embraced each opportunity to lead with enthusiasm. Recognizing the disparity between my extensive hands-on experience & the credentials of those with formal education, in 2018 I made a pivotal decision: to return to school in a way that resonated deeply with me. I enrolled in a Culinary School that offered real-life, hands-on training in hospitality management.

This experience allowed me to connect with the back-of-house dynamics while honing my front-of-house skills, truly bridging the gap between the two worlds. At the core of my passion is an unwavering desire to take care of others. I’ve been nurturing this spark since childhood, when I delighted in serving coffee to my mother’s clients at her salon.

Creating beautiful experiences and witnessing others’ joy has always been my calling. I thrive on ensuring that every detail is taken care of, allowing others to fully engage and enjoy their moments. The joy and love I have for people is immense, & each interaction has taught me invaluable lessons. With over a decade of management experience, I have fine-tuned my expertise in every aspect of hospitality.

Thus was born Coalescence, where I pour my heart into crafting unforgettable experiences. While I have achieved much, I remain eager to learn & grow. My affinity for hospitality is not just a career; it’s my life’s passion, & I’m excited to share it with you!
